Day 1: Saigon - My Tho - Ben Tre - Cai Be Homestay (L/D)

08:am Our guide pick up you at hotel for a really smooth drive on Saigon - Trung Luong freeway and over Rach Mieu suspension bridge to Bentre. homeland of Coconuts Ben Tre Town. The boat will cruise along the Tien river (a branch of the Mekong) and stop off at various local workplaces to give you a picture of how the local economy works, a coconut processing workshop, where you can sample fresh coconut and see how every single part of this versatile nut is turned into food. The boat will then stop at a quiet village where you can have a short walk to experience real Delta village life  and take horse-drawn carriage and traveling into the forest where you can visit fruit orchards before stopping at a riverside restaurant for a delicious and filling lunch, featuring such local specialties as elephant-ear fish and river shrimp, washed down with some cold drinks or beers. One more islet in this trip will bring you to an orchid graden and a small bee farm to enjoy honey tea, local products… and enjoy the Southern Vietnamese folk music. Enjoy dinner (SPECIAL MEKONG COOKING CLASS) and overnight at homestay in Cai Be village.

Day 2: Cai Be Floating Market - Saigon (B/L)

7:30am. We will check out and depart  to Cai Be Floating Market. The program will start with the visit of Cai Be colorful floating market cruising among local barges full of fruits and vegetables. Then, an optional stop can be made at local workshops where you can see how honey, coconut candy, pop-rice, and popcorn are made. …A delicious lunch will be served under the shade of local orchards  on an Island. After lunch, the rowing boat will take you deeper into the countryside on smaller canals and to enjoy the peaceful time. It is so interesting to see traditional houses made of wood and palm tree leaves and see some activities of the local farmers with an opportunity to make contacts with them and see how they catch fish or pick up fruits by ancestral ways in Mekong Delta. We will enjoy some kinds of fruits from his gardenwhen listening to the traditional music. The trip ends at your hotel around 4:30pm
